Dear EU customers,Due to new EU customs regulations from July 1, a mandatory €3 customs fee (for shipments valued up to €150) and an additional €1.50 processing fee now apply to many imports.Whenever possible, we pay these fees when shipping your order through Ukrposhta, so you will not need to pay them upon delivery.However, not all EU countries have yet implemented the system that allows these fees to be collected in advance through Ukrposhta. In countries where this system is not yet available, the fees may instead be collected by your local customs or postal service when your parcel arrives.These new EU regulations are beyond our control. We understand that they make shipping more expensive and less convenient for both buyers and sellers, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while these changes are being implemented across Europe.Thank you for choosing our shop!
